Summary
Provide technical support to customers on magnetic device applications, resolve issues, and collaborate with the research and development team. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve magnetic device application issues
- Collect application requirements and prepare draft reports, including root cause analysis for resolved magnetic device issues
- Deliver product and application training to senior service staff as needed
- Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks, including research and development sample testing
Qualifications
- Provide technical support and services through phone calls, email, support ticket system, live chat, and forums
- Demonstrate proven project management experience and thorough understanding of formal methodologies
- Maintain and update FAQ documentation and technical knowledge base
- Collect and analyze user feedback to help product management, marketing, and testing teams improve product features and quality
- Have relevant technical support experience with magnetic devices or similar roles (such as application engineer for power supply equipment or power inverters)
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
- Be willing to travel
