Role and Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities and planning solutions for target applications
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Provide product expertise and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Secure component design wins for new customer requests for quotation (RFQs)
- Manage sales territory, pricing, and portfolio analysis
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with global teams (Product Management, Research and Development, Production) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel domestically and internationally for customer visits
Qualifications
- Established relationships with major customers in the electronics industry preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics component sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in sales data analysis and reporting
