Elytone’s answer to this challenge is the Integrated LLC Transformer. This innovative solution combines the functions of a transformer and an integrated inductor within a single, compact package. In power supply PCB board designs, space optimization and layout simplification are crucial for achieving greater energy conservation.

Elytone’s Integrated LLC Transformers significantly reduce component size, directly contributing to improved energy efficiency. We offer a 7kW single-phase design and a 22kW three-phase design. Based on customer input, we tailor operating frequencies from 260kHz to 300kHz and input voltages from 400V to 800V. These transformers are meticulously crafted with series-aluminum alloy for optimal performance and heat dissipation.

Our Integrated LLC Transformers find wide application in on-board automotive chargers, power supplies for industrial controls, inverters for renewable energy, and more.
